After a very short walk, you will reach a panoramic spot immersed in the vineyard to taste our wine in complete freedom. Admiring Alicudi, Filicudi, and Salina islands, the magic begins with a splendid view of the vast sea. The basket includes a bottle of wine and an assortment of traditional gastronomic products (ideal for two people).

Castellaro Bistrot
Giacomo Caravello, a young rising star in the Sicilian gastronomic scene.
Always captivated by the world of fine dining and great wine, at the age of 24, Giacomo decided to change his path and pursue his dream of working in the restaurant industry. His perseverance in constant exploration and his ongoing inspiration led to significant collaborations, earning him the role of sous chef at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Salina for several years. Since 2019, he has been the owner of Balice restaurant in Milazzo, where his “contemporary cuisine” merges modernity with heritage, ancient flavors with refined technique.
Starting today, he enthusiastically joins the Castellaro Bistrot project, the Tenuta’s new eno-gastronomic venture.
Surprising food and wine pairings have been crafted to celebrate the flavors of the magical Aeolian territory through a journey of taste and tradition.
