Produced from 100% Moscato Bianco grapes, here is the new Marsili, more refreshing than ever!
During the harvesting and vinification phases, we often get ideas that we like to carry forward, always with a view to research and experimentation, and which sometimes end up to become new labels of the Estate. Small quantities designed to broaden the spectrum of techniques and possibilities that we can explore, and, as in the case of the White Version of Marsili, designed for those who want to try something truly alternative to more conventional wines.
Moscato Bianco is a variety that lends itself very well to refermentation in the bottle and therefore to the ancestral method, and which in this joyful and somewhat unusual wine manages to preserve that touch of rustic craftsmanship that we wanted from the beginning out of a carefree bubble like this.
Marsili is the largest active volcano in Europe, and is also part of the Aeolian island arc. It exists in an underwater world that few know about, and to which we wanted to dedicate two wines that could let you imagine its charm and ... effervescence.
