Rosa Caolino is born from the vineyards that rest on the ancient Quarries of Kaolin, from a sandy soil rich in minerals, where ancient smokers have given color to the rocks and paths creating an exhilarating polychromy.
Unique and Easy-Drinking
The only rosé wine of the region, it is a blend of Corinto Nero and Nero d’Avola. It retains the freshness and easy-drinking qualities of a white wine, while preserving the body and bouquet of a red crafted from these grapes.
Rosa Caolino appears magnetic and clear to the eye, thanks to the repeated racking. The taste is complex and elegant, characterized by strong hints of red fruits and the excellent balance between persistence and minerality.
